Engineer did not turn up

Hi all,

My go-live date was today and I received an email yesterday that an engineer would come by between 8am and 6pm.
However, no one has turned up and that makes me worry.
I received an email sayinf that my connection is live not and I plucked in my router, but it is not working (it tells me to follow the instructions provided by my ISP).
Is there any way to find out what happened to the engineer and whether he will come by tomorrow?

That’s not great the engineer hasn’t turned up! Have you tried contacting Cuckoo support? That would probably be your best bet for solving this issue.

Out of curiosity; did you get a text message the day before the install with the name of the openreach engineer as well as his/her mobile phone number?
