Transaction history and postcode

Hi everyone,
I’m a happy Cuckoo customer.
A couple of things I’ve noticed:

  • I couldn’t use a Cuckoo bill as a proof of address as my postcode is missing (from both the pdf and the online version)
  • I couldn’t see a transaction history on the online account - i.e. direct debit payment amounts taken and dates

Has anyone noticed the same? Thank you!

Yes I get the same… I assume it’s something they know about

Hi Guys, we will get a Fix in that will make the postcode permanent in these, it will be fine to print from the site but already sent emails won’t be updated.
