Unsolicited new router

Does anyone know why I’ve received a new router through the post this morning? I didn’t ask for it and there’s no covering letter or other indication for why I’ve received it.

Hello @lpcollier I wonder if you could email in support at hello@cuckoo.co and they’ll be able to check why. If we cannot determine why you’ve been sent a new router then we can get a router returns bag sent out to you no problem.
